Metro has named Emeka Moneme chief administrative officer and Carol Kissal chief financial officer of the transit agency.
Moneme will leave his current post as director of the D.C. Department of Transportation and start overseeing the 10,700-employee Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in early September.
